Share & Care Story
It’s important to present a Share & Care Story at
your Shows because it’s the ideal setting to share the rewards of the
L’BRI opportunity. Many of your future team members will come from
Shows. By presenting your Share & Care story, you are able to target
those who would benefit from opportunity.
There are three parts to your Story followed by a
powerful, key question.

This is your personal product testimonial.

Share why you decided to become a Consultant and
the benefits you are enjoying.

Share the opportunity message.
Presenting your Share & Care Story is an easy way
to introduce guests to the benefits of being a Consultant and get them
thinking about the possibilities for them. There are at least one or two
sponsoring prospects at every Show. You need to identify who they are –
and your Share & Care Story helps you do that.
WHILE MASQUE IS DRYING
It is best to present your Story while the Masque is drying on faces or
the back of hands.
Here’s an example of a Share & Care Story.
Part 1:
“I wasn’t looking for new skin care, but I went to a L’BRI Show to
support my friend. I was quite impressed with what I heard about the
aloe vera-based products and natural ingredients so I decided to try the
products. The results were amazing. My skin became softer, more refined
and younger looking. I found the skin care routine so easy to follow and
was very consistent with it. Maybe it’s because I was inspired by the
wonderful results. They really work!”
Part 2:
“After talking with my Consultant, I decided to become a Consultant. I
love the product so much and believe every woman needs to use the best
product available. I was also looking to do something else in my life.
Something that was fun and would help me reach my dream of staying home
with my children, rather than work a full-time job I don’t enjoy. I’m so
pleased to tell you, my dream came true just a few months ago!”
Part 3:
“Since joining L’BRI I’ve met so many wonderful women. These ladies are
having fun, enjoying flexibility, and earning an above-average income.
They are working L’BRI around their families and the other important
things in their lives. Some Consultants are making a few hundred dollars
a month; some are making a few thousand dollars a month; and others are
making L’BRI their full-time career and earning over $10,000 a month and
more! That is so exciting!”
The powerful, key question:
“I’m so thankful that my Consultant shared the L’BRI opportunity with
me, now I want to share it with others! I’m sure we could all benefit
from having some extra income, which brings me to this question. Who
here would enjoy having an extra $500-$1,000 a month to help out with
the family budget?”
This powerful question will help you identify who
may benefit by becoming a L’BRI Consultant. When you ask this question,
it’s important that you raise your hand. When you do, some or all of
your guests will raise their hand too. Now that some have raised their
hands, it’s so much fun to discover what people would enjoy having in
their lives.
Ask the guest who raised her hand first to respond.
This will help identify her needs – what tugs at her heart. “So Donna,
what would you do with an extra $500-$1,000 a month?” She may say pay
off bills. You could then say, “Let’s pretend you paid off all you
bills. What would you do with the extra money?” This starts the dreaming
process.
Ask every guest whose hand went up the same
question, “What would you do with an extra $500-$1,000 a month?” These
are people who have a need or a want. You can help them see that
anything is possible with L’BRI.
Reply with, “L’BRI can certainly help you with
that. Let’s talk about how L’BRI can help you pay off those bills at the
end of the Show.”
WHILE HELPING WITH ORDERS
Ask everyone who raised their hand to get together to learn more about
L’BRI.
“Thanks for your order, Donna. I know you’ll love
L’BRI products. Earlier you shared that you’d enjoy earning some extra
income to help pay off some bills. I would love to help you discover how
L’BRI could easily help you do that by getting together and sharing some
more information with you. By getting more information, you’ll be able
to best decide if L’BRI would be a good fit for you. When would be a
good time for you?”
Proceed to book this appointment as soon as
possible. If she needs to check her calendar, call her back the very
next day. You must proceed with a sense of urgency. Meet within the next
few days. Don’t delay. Connect while she’s excited. Her interest level
may weaken if you wait to get together.
It’s always best to meet in person. If getting
together in the next few days is not possible, suggest a phone
appointment to go over the opportunity. You may want to ask your
Executive Manager to help with the call.
Write out your Share & Care Story and practice it
so it flows easily. You’ll find that by presenting your Share & Care
Story at every Show, you will significantly increase your sponsoring
prospects.
Sponsoring is all about finding out what people
would enjoy having in their lives and then showing them how L’BRI can
help make it happen. You’ll find that helping others reach their dreams
is one of the most rewarding benefits of your L’BRI opportunity. So
