I remember sitting in the leadership meeting in January wondering as a Senior Consultant how in the world I would get to the next level. We were then asked to list our goals by convention. I wrote Manager by July. I looked down and thought "why did I write Manager, I meant Supervisor!!" My initial reaction was to erase it but I then remembered being told dream big it will happen. Dianne Klopp said to me, "Leave it! You have nothing to lose, right?" So I did.

By sharing what L'BRI has to offer people I am helping them not only with great skin but also a great life. I remind myself that the product is meant to be shared and so is the opportunity to allow another person to have this gem of a business. This promotion means I am helping other women realize their dreams. My family has already been given so much from this business. I have recently decreased my hours as a nurse because of my business. The time at home with my family is super important to me but I also want my kids to show my kids that doing what you love pays off. They are getting a great sense of what being productive and working from your heart is. And if I'm honest, I am excited to see the increase on my commission checks!

I received a call from Brian saying congratulations!! And a raise!! What company does that? The Founder calling me at home and recognizing my work? I love the fact that the sharing from the heart is not just taught at L'BRI, it truly is lived by Linda, Brian, home office and all of the Consultants supporting each other!

My dear friend, Pam, introduced me to L’BRI nine months ago (July 2012). I was doing a 'favor' for Pam by hosting one of her first shows, with no intentions of buying much let alone selling anything. My daughter-in-law, Heather, decided to become a L’BRI consultant that night after seeing/feeling the value of the amazing products. Quite honestly, I had been in direct sales for over 30 years and I was not interested in selling anything else…ever!

Within a few days I was ‘invited’ to be on a webinar conference call with 3 other ladies and Brian, co-founder of the company. Really?? What company’s chief officers have hour long webinars with their Consultants, let alone people who are only curious? Only moments into the call had passed when I realized this company (L’BRI) is like none other because their owners are like none other. As Linda joined the call it became increasingly clear their success is in seeing others succeed. WOW! A great product and amazing owners! That key to success will unlock countless doors for women looking for opportunities. Thank you Linda and Brian.

I enjoyed a fantastic Quick Start 100 days by earning hundreds of dollars in FREE products. Shared the incredible products with many and began building a team of those equally impressed with the products and the family at L’BRI. Then the unexpected death of my mother slowed the business but not the dream. One of the first messages on my answering machine upon my return from the funeral was Brian. Really?? What company’s chief officer makes benevolence calls to a Consultant he’s never met?? WOW! Amazing owners and a great product!

Slowly sales increased and the team grew and one day another message on my answering machine from Brian! Really?? What company’s chief officer calls to congratulate a Senior Consultant with team sales of $4000+?? I emailed him and said thanks but he must have meant to call someone else because we only had a few thousand dollars in sales for the month. He assured me his call was intended for me and again offered his congratulations. WOW! Amazing owners and a great product! (Don’t ever quit calling me and the countless others who are catching your vision).

I sincerely believe that God is using the Kaminski’s and the products they have formulated to be a blessing to those who give flight to their dreams. It has been an amazing nine months. We have a small but mighty team and I am truly blessed by those who are dreaming with me!
