National Convention Hotel Option Update

We’re thrilled! A record number of L’BRI Consultants are planning to attend this year’s convention, but we’ve still got room for even more. May Promotions

We are getting some questions about all of the exciting incentives available this month.  It’s all about sponsoring and getting your new Consultants off to a strong start with Shows and building their teams.  In each Showcase, new Consultants are receiving: Ten (10) VIP Hostess Coupons Four (4)  VIP Opportunity Coupons These coupons are meant to help your newest Consultants schedule up to 10 Shows in their first 45 days, and help them invite up to 4 new Consultants to join their team during their first 45 days.  Please work with your teams and be sure they understand how these coupons work and the incredible power of these extra tools to truly jump start their L’BRI business. Per your request, printable versions of the VIP Hostess & Opportunity coupons are available for you to download in the Backroom under Forms should you wish to print an example of the coupons to use at your Shows!

Update on Charging for Website Fees

At this time, the L’BRI personal websites continue to be provided to Consultants at no charge. Recently we updated the look of the L’BRI website but this enhancement is provided to Consultants at no charge. We will be sure to notify all Consultants prior to any website fees going into effect.

Where is my Check?

The recent change to the start and end dates of the pay week has resulted in some calls asking “where is my check”? Please note that our pay period runs Sunday – Saturday. Checks are sent the following Thursday.

An incorrect phone number was inadvertently provided in a recent email notification regarding our new Esignature option.  Should you need help ordering or setting up please note that the corrected number is 952-767-3977 Ext 2. We apologize for the error.

Viewing Orders Reminder

Should you have questions on orders placed within 45 days, remember to use the “First Level Customer Orders” tool in your back room to view orders in this date range. We also suggest signing up with a Gmail account if you don’t have one to assure confirmation emails are received at the email destination.

Product Renaming - Fabulash

We have had many conversations about our Fabulash Eye Lash Growth Serum and that its name wasn’t clear to the consumer whether it was a growth serum or mascara alone.  Based on questions received by the home office, we have decided to rename the product simply - L’BRI Eyelash Growth Serum. Our website and catalog have been updated to support the new product name.
